  • We don't back up your files
  • Files are automatically deleted from our servers shortly after processing (usually within 1-24 hours)
  • We're not responsible if you lose data—always keep a backup of your original files

4. Intellectual Property

A. Our Stuff

The website design, text, graphics, logos, interfaces, and the underlying software and code that run ConvertChief (we'll call this "Our Content") belong to ConvertChief or our licensors. You can't copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of Our Content without our written permission.

B. Your Stuff

As we mentioned in Section 3, you retain complete ownership of any files you upload. We don't claim any rights to your content.

5. Free Service (No Payments)

The Services are completely free right now.

  • We don't sell products or goods
  • There are no subscription plans or premium tiers
  • We don't ask for credit card information or payment details

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

To the fullest extent the law allows, ConvertChief disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including:
